Wrenda Jean Taylor Britt, age 56, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County, NC on December 19, 1957 to Ertel Max Taylor and Betty Caulder Taylor. She worked as a nurse assistant. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Robert Chriscoe. Along with her parents, Mrs. Britt is survived by a twin sister, Brenda Chriscoe of Lumberton and sister, Sonya Taylor Smith and husband, Scott of Spring Hope; niece, Kandida Chriscoe of Lumberton; nephews, Robert Chriscoe II, and Ron Chriscoe and Michelle, and daughter, Julianna of Lumberton, and Marshall Smith of Spring Hope; and special little boy, Zane Williams of Lumberton. A funeral will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 8:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Gerald Wilson officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 7:00-8:00 PM prior to the service at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.
