Mr. Woodrow Hunt, age 87, of Fairmont passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, N.C.

Mr. Hunt was born on June 15, 1932 in Robeson County, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edmond and Leona Hunt; his wife, Christine Lockley Hunt; a grandson Travis Hunt; brothers, Lester, Lee Cardell, and Kermit Hunt.

He is survived by a son, Christopher Hunt and wife Michelle of Lenoir; a daughter, Melissa Hunt and husband Bruce of Fairmont; two brothers, Clinton Hunt and wife Kathy of Charlotte and Willie Edmond Hunt of Huntersville; a sister, Gwendolyn Locklear and husband Charles of Pembroke.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday December 28, 2019 from 1:00PM-2:00PM prior to the service at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
