Wilton "Billy" Britt Kinlaw, age 70, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Southeastern Health of Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County on May 13, 1945 to the late Wilton H. & Elsie Britt Kinlaw. He was a farmer.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Bell Kinlaw Bullard.

Billy is survived by his wife, Beth Kinlaw of the home; 3 daughters: Kristen Kinlaw of the home, Johna Parker and husband Duncan of Fayetteville, and Leigh Anne Shaw and husband of Parkton; 1 grandchild, Gordon Parker; and special caregiver, Alice Bullard.

A time of visitation will take place prior to the service on Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Pastor LeRoy Burke officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery.
