Mr. William Anthony Oxendine, age 61, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. Mr. Oxendine was born March 7, 1959 in Robeson County, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Archie Oxendine and Lorraine Huggins Oxendine; a brother, Michael Lynn Oxendine; and a sister, Jeanette Hunt.

He is survived by a step-daughter, Charlotte Delong of Rowland, NC; three sisters: Libby Keathly and husband James of Greensboro, NC, Regina Locklear of Raeford, NC, and Connie Oxendine and husband Arnold Ray of the home; a special friend, Julianne Locklear of Fairmont, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at 4:00pm at Fairpoint Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Fairmont, NC.
