God took the hand of William Brandon Greene, age 50, of Lumberton, NC, and led him home Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Brandon was born in Lumberton, NC on March 22, 1974 to the late William Alexander Greene, Jr. and Rebecca Alicia Rawls Greene.

As most of you know, Brandon was truly a "Free Spirit". His hobbies included collecting wooden and tin boxes and crystals. He also had an extensive collection of Meerschaum pipes. But, his main hobby in life was aggravating his two sisters, Clark and Alicia.  Brandon will be remembered for his kind, loving heart and generosity of spirit, even in his worst times.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Rebecca Rawls Greene; his sisters, Alicia Christian Greene Moody and husband Jack and Kathryn Clark Greene Martin and Kirk; 4 nephews: Alexander "Xan" Jack Moody, age 15, Jackson William Martin, age 20, and wife Madison Nicole Martin, Collier Blake Martin, age 18, and Taylor Laurence Martin, age 15; and one great-nephew, Cole Hunter Martin, age 2.

A special service in observance of All Saint's Day will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Trinity Methodist Church in Fairmont, NC. During service that morning, the church will be honoring their father, Bill, and Brandon. All are welcome to attend.

A graveside memorial service for Brandon will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Cemetery, 1591 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC.
