Mr. William "Billy" Edwin Baxley, age 79, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Robeson County, NC on October 16, 1941 to the late Deward Baxley and the late Elizabeth Stroud Poulos.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta A. Baxley of the home; his daughter, Sherry Lynn Baxley of the home; three grandchildren: Caraann Luk Baxley, Christal Baxley, and Chelsea Baxley Miller; a brother, Robert Baxley and wife Toni of San Antonio, TX, and a nephew, Robert Baxley, Jr. of San Antonio, TX.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Smith UMC Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
