Mr. William "Bill" Christian, Jr., age 89, of Lumberton, NC passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024. He was born to the late William Christian and Lula Mae Poff Christian.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Carolyn Davis Christian; brother, Curtis Christian; and his sister, Jean Tench.

Bill will always be remembered as a man of great faith, who built every aspect of his life around his relationship with God through Jesus Christ. He will always be known for his unending devotion to his late wife, Nancy, for over 62 years, and his special care he provided for her for 44 years.

Mr. Bill is survived by his son, Chris Christian (Caroline) of Coats, NC; a sister, Delores Donnelly; grandchildren, Chase Christian (Allison) of Sanford, NC and Carson Christian of Coats, NC; and a great-grandchild, Casey.

A time of visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 1:00-2:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. A funeral service will follow immediately in the Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC, at 2:00PM. A burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC.
