Mr. William Henry Byrd, age 71, of Fairmont, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017 at McLeod of Florence.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 3:00pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

He was born November 22, 1946 in Latta, SC.

He was a life long member of Dillon Freewill Baptist Church

He was preceded in death by his parents, Coy Byrd and Geneva Byrd.

He is survived by his wife, Nyoka Bailey Byrd of the home; three sons, William Shawn Byrd and Billy Joe Byrd both of Fairmont, and Bryan Keith Byrd of the home; one sister, Mildred Odom of Latta, SC; three grandchildren, William Shawn Byrd, Jr., Bailey Nicole Byrd and Coy Shawn Byrd; and a host of nieces and nephews.
