William Norris Bullard, 72, of Orrum, NC, died in his home on Sunday, June 11, 2023, after a brief period of declining health.

Norris was preceded in death by his parents, William Carl and Zula Mae Bullard.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Speights Bullard of the home; his sister, Jonnie Nance and her husband Burnis of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; a daughter, Amanda Lamkin and her husband Greg of Carolina Beach, NC; his son, William Michael Bullard and his wife Gina of Missoula, MT; his stepson, Michael Hollingsworth and his wife Lisa of Orrum NC; his grandchildren: Ryanne, Jacob, Collin, Samuel, and Ian; and one great-grandchild, Bentley.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
