Mr. William Norman Ash, age 76, of Lumberton, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was born on May 23, 1942 in Charleston, WV.

Mr. Ash was preceded in death by his father, Charles Henry Ash and a granddaughter, Cassandra Wilkins.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Diane Huggins Ash, of the home; his mother, Arlene Lyons Ash of Pittsboro, NC; three sons, Chad Ash of Roxboro, NC, Scott Ash of Holden Beach, NC and Roger Wilkins of Carrollton, GA; his mother-in-law, Sara Huggins of Lumberton; one sister, Joyce Ash Thrift and husband Curtis of Pittsboro, NC and eight grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 1:00-2:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street, Lumberton.

A memorial service will follow the visitation on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 2:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. William Gentry officiating.
