Mr. Wesley Hammonds age 82 of 1745 NC Hwy. 904 Fairmont was born on April 4, 1932 in Dillon, SC. He departed this life on September 20, 2014 at Highland Acres in Lumberton, NC. Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 23, 2014 at 7:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Revs. Terry Oxendine and Boyd Lindsey officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2014 prior to the service from 5-7PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. Burial will be Wednesday September 24, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Harvest Assembly of God Church Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Charlie Hammonds and Donnie Hammonds, both of Fairmont, NC and Tony Hammonds of Fort Pierce, FL; three daughters, Vicky Epps and Dollie A. Hunt both of Fairmont, NC and Wanda Lopez of Lake Placid, FL; three sisters, Barbara Farley and Kathy C. Hammonds both of Fairmont, NC and Denise Hunt of New Hill, NC; one brother, Roger R. Hammonds of Florence, SC; eighteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
