Mr. Martin Wayne Mincey, 73, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Robeson County, NC on November 11, 1949 to the late Vonzo & Madeleine Mincey.

He enjoyed his career of barber for 50 years until retiring. Of those years, he spent 45 of them in Durham, NC until recently returning to his roots, Lumberton, NC. During his free time, he loved working in his garden and going on cruises. He especially loved his dogs and watching Netflix with them as much as he could.

He is survived by his son, Chris Mincey and wife Gabriella Magallanes of Raleigh, NC; his daughter, Alex Hoffert and husband James of NC; and his sister, Vickie Mincey of Lumberton, NC.
