Ms. Virginia Bailey Caulder, age 86, of Fairmont, NC passed away on Friday September 8, 2023 at her home.

She was born on September 15, 1936 in Dillon, SC to the late Lonnie Bailey and the late Maggie Merritt Bailey.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Buddy Bailey; four sisters, Laura Barnes, Mary Hodge, Martha Simmons, and Linda Bailey.

She is survived by two sons, Kenny Caulder of Fairmont, NC and Sammy Caulder (Mary Lee) of Proctorville, NC; two daughters, Marie Hayes (Larry) of Whiteville, NC and Debbie Grimsley (Paul) of Fairmont, NC; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; a special caretaker, Shanta Townsend, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday September 10, 2023 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services 1549 Marion Stage Rd. Fairmont, NC.

A Funeral service will be held on Monday September 11, 2023 at 2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Wayne Cribbs and Mr. Larry Hayes.

Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont, NC.
