Mrs. Vicky Carol Hammonds Epps, age 64, of Fairmont, NC, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. She was born in Scotland County, NC on November 21, 1957 to the late Wesley Hammonds and the late Mary Frances Lowery Hammonds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Fitzgerald Hammonds, and a sister, Mary Helen Hammonds.

She is survived by her husband, Larry David Epps of the home; her son, Aaron Eric Epps of Seattle, WA; a daughter, Erica Lynn Epps of Charlotte, NC; three brothers: Charlie Hammonds and Donnie Hammonds, both of Fairmont, NC, and Tony Hammonds of Lake Placid, FL and two sisters, Wanda Lopez of Lake Placid, FL and Dolly Ann Hunt of Fairmont, NC.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services, Inc., 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 2:00PM at Harvest Church of the Assemblies of God, 986 Raynham Farms Road in Rowland, NC, with Pastor Terry Oxendine officiating.  Burial will follow at Raynham Cemetery.
