Ms. Vickie Locklear Jacobs, age 52 of Fairmont passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at McLeod Hospital in Dillon, SC. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Fair Point Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Charles Cummings and Larry Oxendine officiating. Burial will follow in Fair Point Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 7-9PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. She was born October 15, 1962 in Robeson County. She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Locklear; a daughter, Kimberly Dawn Bullard; three sisters, Alice Dematteo, Valarie Little and Michelle Locklear. She is survived by one daughter, Crystal Gail Jacobs of the home; one son, Jeffrey Adam Jacobs of Raleigh; a son in law, Patrick Bullard of Pembroke; her mother, Omie Locklear of Lumberton; two brothers, Eric Locklear of Fairmont and Ricky Locklear of Dunella, Fla.; one sister, Donna Miller of Lake View, SC; three grandchildren, Brianna Nicole Bullard, Ava Marie Bullard, and Catori Rayen Locklear
