Vicki Pearson Walters, age 71, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.  She was born in Danville, VA, on November 24, 1950.

Vicki was a wonderful artist with an immensely beautiful spirit. She cherished her family more than anything else on this earth, and she was deeply loved by all who knew her.

Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Donald E. Pearson; her mother, Barbara Cashwell Lamb and her husband Bobby Lamb; and one sister, Christine S. Pearson.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley W. Walters of the home; her children: David J. Walters (Trina) of Lumberton, NC, Courtney Walters White (Jason) of Romulus, NY, Jeremy W. Walters of Lumberton, NC, and Brett Walters (Robyn) of Arden, NC; four sisters: Barbara Prevatte of Lumberton, NC, Deborah Pearson (Jim) of Cumming, GA, Donna Spencer (Andy) of Cocoa, FL, and Mary Pittman (Billy) of Lumberton, NC; and two grandchildren, Kyndal Walters and Gavin Walters.

A private celebration of Vicki's life will be held at a later date.
