Tyrone Mitchell Adams, age 64, of Lumberton, NC passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County, NC on March 23, 1946 to Clyde and Genevieve Tooze Adams, Sr. He was a retired carpenter contractor.

He is predeceased by his father, Clyde Adams, Sr.

Mr. Adams is survived by one daughter, Tonya and one son, Mickey; His mother, Genevieve Adams Musselwhite of Lumberton, NC; brothers, Clyde Adams, Jr, and Paul Adams and wife Kathy of Lumberton, NC and Terry Adams of Troy, NC; sisters, Barbara Adams Sykes and husband Jimmie of Chesapeake, VA and Betty Adams Rogers and husband Jr. of Lumberton, NC.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Mark Meadows officiating.

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
