Troy Warren Miller, age 76, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. He was born in Aberdeen, WA on June 24, 1933 to the late Louis Harold and Theo Adaline Gross Miller. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as Personnel Director for the U.S. Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Meares Miller.

Mr. Miller is survived by two sons, Steve Miller and wife Emily of Taylors, SC and Dale Miller and wife Carrie of Lumberton, NC; one step-son, Mike Gray of Lumberton, NC; one step-daughter, Janet Newton of Lumberton, NC; one brother, Lloyd Miller of Walnut Creek, CA; two grandchildren, Lauren Miller and Mitchell Miller; two step-grandchildren, Rodney Gray and Melissa Quick; and five great-step-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mark Meadows and Rev. Keith Eggert officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryan Family Cemetery in Lumberton.

Visitation will be on Friday evening, March 12, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
