Mr. Troy "Jack" Collins, 78, of 793 Oakdale Church Road Fairmont, NC., was born November 4, 1939 to William Collins and Beatrice Grantham Collins. He passed away on February 26, 2018 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Billy Collins and Mack Collins; and one granddaughter, Haley Jordan.

Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Virginia "Shug" Collins of the home; two sons, David Jack Collins (Kathi) of Hartsville, SC and Troy Collins and special friend Robbin Baxley of Fairmont; one daughter, Jackie Michelle Jordan of Nichols, SC; one sister, Betty Smith of Lake View, SC; seven grandchildren, David Collins, Ben Collins, T.J. Jordan and special friend Elizabeth Buffkin, Dillon Collins, Harlea Collins, Dallas Collins and special friend Chris Driggers, and Kaylen Newman; and four great grandchildren, Karleigh Collins, Blazely Moore, Hailey Collins, and Leah Canady.
