Mr. Anthony "Tony" Keith Jacobs age 60, of Maxton passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Reedy Branch Baptist Church at 2:00PM with Rev. Hilton Woodell officiating.

Burial will follow in Reedy Branch Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 7-9PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Tony was born April 9, 1956 in Robeson County.

He attended Reedy Branch Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ledger Jacobs and a sister, Rose Marie Jacobs Reed.

He is survived by one son, Anthony Wade Jacobs of Charlotte; one daughter, Hannah Nichole Jacobs of Lumberton; two grandchildren, Hayley Michelle Jacobs and Anthony Wade Jacobs, Jr. of Charlotte ; loving his mother, Sarah Jane "Donnie" Jacobs of Fairmont; one brother, Samuel W. Jacobs (Maxine) of Angier, NC ;four sisters, Judith J. Hunt and Helen J. Hunt (Aundra) all of Fairmont, Sandra J. Locklear (Kip) and Dianna J. Maynor all of Lumberton; eleven nieces and nephews, twelve great nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members and friends.
