Tina Louise Blackburn Seals, age 54 of Fairmont, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born August, 30, 1960 in Robeson County. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:00PM at Fairmont Cemetery with Rev. Larry Bell officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 9, 2015 from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jane Blackburn Cooper. She is survived by her stepfather, Carl Cooper Sr.; one daughter, Katlyn Seals of Fairmont;one son, Alvin Burns Jr. of Conway, SC; two brothers, Carl Cooper Jr. and Michael Sellers, both of Conway, SC; and one sister, Elizabeth Ivey of Galivants Ferry, SC.
