It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tina Willoughby Johnson, who left us on Friday, July 25, 2025, at her home.  She was born on June 11, 1956, and was the cherished daughter of the late Alex & Mildred Willoughby.

She was loved among 9 siblings, and preceded in death by her parents and brother, Thomas, and two brothers-in-law, Bobby Curry and Tommy Bunce.

Tina spent over 35 wonderful years married to her loving husband, Larry Johnson. Together, they raised a beautiful family, including their four children: Robbie (Christan), Richard, Stefanie (Luke), and Gordon (Bri). She was a proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 8 great-grandchildren, all of whom she treasured deeply. Being a matriarch of her family, she also adored all of her nieces and nephews.

Tina truly enjoyed life, and some of her best moments were spent with family and friends at the lake. Whether fishing, shopping, or simply enjoying her daily McDonald's coffee, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her warmth, love, and vibrant spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
