Timothy Edgar Johnson went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2010. Born June 1, 1958 to Edgar \\"Tiny\\" Johnson, whom he precedes in death, and Jean. He is also survived by wife Barbara, son Ryan, and step daughter Robin Snyder, with two sisters Peggy Malinsky and Fran Coleman.

Tim had been living in Charleston SC for more than 20 years as a professional truck driver. He enjoyed the solidarity and freedom of trucking and found sublime peace rising early in the morning to the sunlight and birds\\chr(39) song. His leisure time was spent laughing and joking with his son and best friend Ryan. His engaging and light hearted demeanor was his trademark here and in his home town and in Charleston. His love of fishing began as a child with his adoring father at the Cherry Grove Pier. This love and his love of all God\\chr(39)s creatures was well known. We, his family, will remember his smile, his laugh, and the way made he us smile and laugh.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont.

There will be no visitation.
