Ms. Teena Rose Greene, age 58, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Woodhaven Nursing Center in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on December 7, 1960 to the late Roy C. Greene and the late Ernestine Lamb Greene. She was formerly employed as a store clerk at Minuteman Food Mart.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by four brothers: Jimmy Green and wife Pam of Lumberton, Michael Green and wife Tonya, also of Lumberton, David Greene and wife Ruth of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Christopher Greene and wife Heather of Pineville, NC; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, July 5, 2019, from 12:00-1:00 PM at East Lumberton Church of God. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Bruce Brumfield officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Woodhaven for all of their care and compassion toward Teena throughout the past few years. It has meant so much to her and to us!
