Tammy Grant Powers, age 60, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton. Tammy was born in Robeson County on April 27, 1964 to Wendell Edgar Grant, Sr. and Mamie Myrtle Overstreet Grant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kim Grant Davis.

Tammy was a site manager at Supply Technology in St. Pauls, NC. She enjoyed spending time with her family and working.

Tammy is survived by her sons, Charles Stone II and wife Iveth and Mason Pittman; brothers, Edgar Grant and wife Ronna and Kenny Grant; grandchildren, Stephen Stone and Alyssa Stone; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Full Gospel Tabernacle, 104 Carolina Avenue in Lumberton, NC, with Rev. George Connor officiating. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
