Tammy Hunt, 60, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026.

She was born on January 31, 1966 to the late Christine Hunt and Weldon Locklear.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Melvin Hunt and Weldon Locklear, Jr.; a nephew, Steven Dwayne Cox; five aunts; and three uncles.

She is survived by her partner, Ronnie Fields of the home; two sons, Christopher Hunt (Jessica) and Cody Locklear; a daughter, Kayle Locklear; five grandchildren, Rayquan, Lilly, Kristian, Laken, and Kylan; a stepgrandchild, Braylen; three sisters, Angela (Jimmy) Oxendine of Lumberton, Carla Hunt of Fairmont, and Cathy (Willie) of Lumberton; four brothers, Mitchell Hunt (Debra) of St. Pauls, Glenn of Lumberton, Vernon of Hoke County and Deron Locklear of Pembroke; and two special nieces, Christina Walters and Kelsey Spaulding.

A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Robeson Memorial Park in Lumberton, with Pastor Roosevelt Scott officiating.
