Susan Foster Whitt, age 77, of Lumberton, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024. She was born in Princeton, West Virginia, on December 8, 1946, to the late Samuel Gleaves Foster, Jr. and the late Margie Waverly Strong Foster.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Herbert Whitt, and her brother, Paul Thomas Foster.

She is survived by her son, William Nathan Whitt, and a special cousin, Jerry Foster, of Radford, Virginia.

A memorial service will be planned and announced at a later date.
