Sue Ann Hardin Sessoms, 89, of Lumberton, died Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Wesley Pines Retirement Center in Lumberton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Greg and Velma Hardin; her husband of 67 years, James Sessoms; a brother, Jimmie Hardin; and a sister, Hettie Herring.

She is survived by a son, Howard Sessoms (Ann); a daughter, June Sanderson (Len); a sister, Margurite Davis; two grandchildren, Maria Jackson and Rev. Trent Sessoms (Susan); and two great-grandchildren, Kaleigh Jackson and Grayson Sessoms.

All services will be private.
