Stephen ("BB"/"Porkchop") Ivey, age 63, of Fairmont, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC.

He was born in Mullins, SC on March 10, 1958 to the late Grant Ivey and the late Eva Bass Ivey.  He was previously employed as a pipefitter in refrigeration industry.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Betty Strickland Ivey, of the home; his children, Laura Owens (David), Brittany Ivey, all of the home; Ryan Phelps (Rachael) of Murphy, NC, Joseph Rouse of Georgia and Michael Bommarito of Lumberton; two grandchildren, Kylei Rose Hunt of Laurinburg and Alexander Chase Owens, of the home; his siblings, Joey Ivey and Guy Ivey of Fairmont, Susan Sapp (Eddie) of Winston-Salem and Grant Ivey of Lumberton and his best friend, Terry Thomas of Lumberton.
