Stanley Thomas Lewis, age 76, lived in Lumberton, NC passed away at his residence on Monday, January 28, 2013. He was born in Parksley, VA on February 4, 1936 to the late Will Lewis and late Mary Willet Lewis. Mr. Lewis is a veteran of the United States Army. He previously worked as a sheet metal worker. Mr. Lewis is survived by two sons, Gary Lewis and wife, Tina, and Alan Lewis and wife, Janet; a daughter, Jewell Lewis Wilkey and husband, Randall; seven grandchildren, Shawn, Gabriella, Rebecca, Joshua, Matthew, Angela, and Natalie; and two great-grandchildren, Mariah, and Jewell. Mr. Lewis loved children, loved to fish, loved the country, loved country music, and was always ready for a good laugh. He will be missed by his family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Canaan Full Gospel Church, 36 Canal Street in Lumberton.
