Mrs. Shirley Faye Chavis Holden, age 64, of Fairmont passed away Monday, April 1, 2019, at her home in Fairmont.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 7:00PM-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Ronnie Cox officiating.

Burial will follow in Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton, NC.

Ms. Holden was born February 23, 1955 in Robeson County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Chavis and Annie Hester Chavis; and her husband, Audie Holden.

She is survived by one son, Zachary Holden of Shannon, NC; three daughters: Annette Sampson and Jason of Red Springs, NC, Renee Hunt of the home, and Christy Horne and Terry of Shannon, NC; three brothers: Joseph Chavis, Jimmy Chavis, and Ricky Chavis, all of Fairmont; four sisters: Helen Hunt of Lumberton, Ann Hunt of Rowland, and Peggy Eddings and Tammy Chavis, both of Fairmont; and seven grandchildren: Kelly, Kaleb, Marissa, Shaun, Isaiah, Lyndsey, and Hailey.
