Sherrie Dianne Stone went to be with the Lord on July 6, 2023. She was born in Lumberton, NC, on November 24, 1955, to the late I.L. Stone and Sherrill Tolar Stone.

She is survived by her sister Addie S. Williamson of Pembroke, NC; her niece Allison Scott of Lumberton, NC; her nephews David Hester and wife Wanda of Hope Mills, NC, and Jonathan Hester and wife Kristie of Cary, NC; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family would like to extend their thanks to Dianne's friends and staff at O'Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center for their outstanding care and compassion over the past 30 years.

A graveside service will be held at Meadowbrook Cemetery Monday at 11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to the O'Berry Center Foundation at P.O. Box # 1157, Goldsboro, NC 27533.
