Shelly Renea Elliott passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013. She was born in Robeson County to Brandon L. Elliott, of Nichols, SC, and Amanda K. Powers, of Murrells Inlet, SC. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Powers. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandfather Lewis Elliott and wife, Malena Elliott, of Nichols, SC; her paternal grandmother, Rhonda Phillips and husband, Charles Phillips, of Murrells Inlet, SC; her maternal great-grandmother, Shelby Hicks, of Lumberton; her uncle, Cameron Phillips of Murrells Inlet, SC; two aunts, Jamie Campbell, of Bladenboro, and Andrea Powers, of Lumberton; and a special friend, Brittany Carnes of Lumberton.
