Sharon Kaye "Sherry" Hunt, age 56, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, at her home. She was born September 4, 1965 in Robeson County, NC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Harold Hunt and Martha Jane Emanuel Hunt.

Sharon is survived by two sons, James Michael Chavis and wife Franchesca Lynn Chavis of Fairmont, NC and Kendrick Dakota Hunt of the home; one daughter, Tara Lynn Hunt of the home; one brother, Dimitrios Hunt of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Sandra Arellano of Lumberton, NC; six grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 6:000-8:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC.
