Sara Lewis Britt, age 80, of Fairmont died Monday, September 24, 2012 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC.

A Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethesda Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bryan Perry officiating.

Visitation will br held Tuesday evening from 7-9 P.M. at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Born January 20, 1932 in Robeson County.

Predeceased by parents, Glen (Dick) and Ida Lamb Leggett; first husband, William Hal Lewis; a brother, William Leggett.

Survived by her husband, Bobby Lacy Britt of the home; a son, Dan Lewis and wife Sheila of Orrum, NC ; two step-sons, Gary Britt and wife Janice of Little River, SC and Steve Britt of Fair Bluff, NC; two daughters, Glenda Hall of Thomasville,NC and Kay Lewis Walters and husband Gary of Orrum, NC; four sisters, Lorena Johnson of Lumberton, NC, Nellie Roulueau of Wilmington NC, Carol Freeman of Fairmont,NC and Diane Brock of Moorehead City, NC; six grandchildren, Nicole Walters, Matthew Walters, Brien Lewis Bryant, Robert Sommersett, April Sommersett and Jamie Lee; and five great-grandchildren
