Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Britt White, age 52, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.  She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 18, 1970 to the late Jimmie Elliotte Britt, Sr. and the late Jane Florence Jacobs Britt.

Sandy was a loyal member of East Lumberton Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and helped with Children's Church.  Sandy was employed with the Public Schools of Robeson County and worked in the cafeteria at Lumberton High School.  She was loved by all of the students, her friends, and family.

She is survived by her husband, Donald "Red" White of the home; her three children: Justin Carver, Amber Pittman, and Jerry Pittman, all of Lumberton, NC; her siblings, Janice Britt Lowery of Lumberton, NC and Jimmy Elliotte Britt, Jr. of Gatesville, TX; and her grandchildren: Cayden, Katelyn "Nana", Mason, Clarissa, Aneira, and one more set to arrive in June 2023.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 2:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Pastor Michael Bowen and Pastor Roger Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton.
