Mrs. Rozier Dayle Clewis McCabe, age 81, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Wesley Pines Retirement Community. She was born in Robeson County, NC on August 16, 1939 to the late Rozier "Kit" Doran Clewis and the late Sarah H. Humphrey. She was a postal carrier for the U.S. Postal Service until retirement.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pete McCabe; a son, Billy Wilcox, Jr.; a sister, Margaret Ann Pickett; and a special friend, Harold Taylor.

She is survived by a son, Dickie Wilcox and wife Belinda of Lumberton, NC; a daughter, Joyce Ann Wilcox of Myrtle Beach, SC; a daughter-in-law, Gayle Wilcox of Fairmont, NC; three grandchildren: Reneé Lee Hunt and husband Shaun, Brett Wilcox, and Madison Wilcox; and three great-grandchildren: Travis, Chris, and Jacob.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Eddie Cox and Rev. Jerry McNeil officiating.
