Mr. Roy Pittman, age 61, of Lumberton, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County on October 14, 1950.

Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife, Diane Pittman of Lumberton; his mother, Dorothy Pittman of Lumberton; two daughters, Kim Tompkins and Tonya Beal, both of Lumberton; one brother, Jimmy Pittman of Whitehouse, TN; six sisters, Margie Smith of Oak Island, NC, Betty Tyner of Lumberton, NC, Deborah Connor of Proctorville, NC, Susan Pittman of Lumberton, NC, Shelby Wilcox of Oak Island, NC and Sharon Edwards of Fayetteville, NC.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday evening, September 22, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton. Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
