Mr. Roy Lee Davis, age 79, of Fairmont passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Greenbrier Assisted Living Facility.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel at 3:00pm.

Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial in Fairmont.

Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to the services from 2-3pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

He was born January 16, 1937 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Edith Davis; a sister, Agnes Britt.

He is survived by his wife Sarah T. Davis of the home; two sons, Timothy Roy Davis (Vickie) of Fairmont, NC and Victor Lloyd Davis (Maria) of Stanley, NC; one daughter, Teresa Arleen Davis of Charlotte, NC; two brothers, George Davis of Greenville, SC and Hubert Davis (Betty) of Shallotte, NC; three sisters, Annie Ruth Leggett of Fairmont, NC, Isabell Peterson (Bernard) of Anderson, SC, and Margie Turbeville of Cameron, NC, four grandchildren, Lindsay Humphrey (Alan), Christopher Davis (Jessica), Victoria and Matthew Davis; two great-grandchildren, Gracie Davis and Colton Humphrey.
