Rosa Lee Taylor McLean, age 89, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, July 17, 2023, at her home. She was born in Robeson County, NC, on August 28, 1933, to the late Homer & Rosie Downing Taylor.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilton McLean; two brothers, Richard Taylor and Billy Ray Taylor; and two sisters, Margie Baxley and Annette Hendrix.

She is survived by her son, Donald Chris McLean (Jane) of Fairmont, NC; her daughters, Gwen McLean Sessoms of the home and Vickie McLean Phillips (Russell) of Lumberton, NC; 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Frances Bailey of Lumberton, NC, Patricia Campbell of Raeford, NC, and Velma Davis (Mack) of Bladenboro, NC.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5089 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC with Pastor Mark Meadows and Pastor Blake Dodd officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC.
