Ronnie Earl Russell, age 76, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023. He was born in Bogue, NC on October 7, 1946, to the late Polly Russell and late Daniel Russell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 14 siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia J. Russell of the home; 4 daughters: Veronica R. Hart (Jyles) of Garner, NC, Julie Brantley (Ricky) of Castalia, NC, Whitney Lewis (Jeremy) of Fairmont, NC, and Sarah Russell (Arron) of Lenoir, NC; 3 sons: Timothy Lewis (Jessica) of Lumberton, NC, Rodney Lewis (Denise) of Tennessee, and Chad Russell of Fayetteville, NC; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; one sister, Ann Hawkins (Gerald) of Wallace, NC; and a lot of extended family members.

The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service on Friday, July 14, 2023, from 3:00-4:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM in the chapel.
