Mr. Ronald Bruce Owens, age 81, of Lumberton, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, surrounded by his family.  He was born in Bladen County, NC on August 21, 1943 to the late Charles Cleveland Owens and the late Susie Lee Lowery Owens.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jean Owens; three brothers, Milton Owens, Leo Owens and Billy Ray Owens; his sisters, Gertha Lee McDonald, Marie Owens Cooley, and two infant sisters, Eloise Owens and Baby Girl Owens.

Mr. Owens is survived by his two daughters, Angie Owens Conley (Jimmie) of Boardman and Betty Owens King (Timothy) of Lumberton; one brother, Jimmie Earl Owens (Joan) of Spanaway, WA; two sisters, Sue Neal Roberts of Oak Island, NC and Beverly Jean Milligan (Nathaniel) of Siler City, NC; six grandchildren, Kelsey Cox (Josh), Travis Conley, Kaitlyn Conley (Stephen Johnson), Bridgette Elliott (Dillon), Ronald King and Nathan King and four great-grandchildren, Brianna, Nic, Rylee and Madelyn.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 2:00PM at Turnaround - Boardman Pentecostal Holiness Church, 11180 Old U.S. Hwy 74, Evergreen, NC with Pastor Adam Johnson and Pastor Josh Simmons officiating.  Entombment will follow at Owens Family Cemetery, 2404 Greens Mill Road, Bladenboro.
