Ronald Dale "Boy" Hunt, age 45, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on June 3, 1979 to Roger Dale Scott and to the late Sandra Jane Hunt.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cleo Hunt and Varener Hunt; uncle, Gary Hunt; two aunts, Patsy Hunt Grimsley and Paulette Hunt and two cousins, Christopher Hunt and Timmy Locklear.

He is survived by his wife, Crystal Nobles; four sons: Jordan Hunt (Gracie Fields), Kanden Garner, Curby Nobles (Hope Chavis), and Roger Hammonds; four daughters: Brionna Hunt (Cameron Locklear), Angel Nobles, Hannah Walton Hunt, and Sandra Hunt; two sisters, Donnie Jackson (David Jackson) and Cansondra "Mookie" Hunt (Lester); his nieces and nephews: Johnathan, Dona von, Mariah, Kerissa, D'Miyah, Khyasia, Zack, Jayle, Jasimine, Jarius, Dasia, Marcus, London, Oaklynn, and Jimmy Ray; three aunts: Barbara Sampson, Gracie Hunt, and Ruby Hunt; three grandchildren: Camden, Nova, and Legend Locklear; a stepsister, Ashley Carter; and a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services, Inc., 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont, NC 28340.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 3:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont.  Burial will follow at New Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumberton.
