Mr. Roger Foley, age 77, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Foley was born February 19, 1945 in Robeson County, NC to the late Leon Foley and the late Gussie Lewis Foley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Martha Rose Connor and Clementine Stone.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy Baxley Foley of the home; and two loving daughters, Gwendolyn Foley Goodermote (James) of Concord, NC, and Renee Foley Dial of Pembroke, NC.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 1:00PM in Floyd Memorial Cemetery, 1549 Marion Stage Road in  Fairmont, NC. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
