Mr. Robert Draughon Martin, Sr., age 88, of Lumberton, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.  He was born on April 18, 1931 to the late Casper Martin and the late Lillia Bell Draughon Martin.  He previously worked as a livestock broker with Martin's Wholesale Meats.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Rachel Martin; his son, Ronnie Martin; his daughter, Linda Bullard; his brother, Carlton Martin and his sister, Dimple Floyd.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife, Shirley Martin, of the home; a son, Robert Martin, Jr. of Florida; a daughter, Donna Sue DiChiara of Lumberton; a brother, W.C. Martin of Godwin, NC; a sister, Lorraine Bullard of Godwin, NC; five loving grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 from 2:00-3:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street, Lumberton.

A funeral service will follow the visitation on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 3:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Brewer officiating.  Entombment will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
