Robert Eric Fields, age 74, of Lumberton, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on March 18, 1950 to the late Eric and Velma Musselwhite Fields.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Fields.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Jennifer Fields of the home; two daughters, Hope Fields Wallis (David) of Huntsville, AL and Jada Fields Taylor (Ryan) of Newport, NC; three grandchildren, David Ethan Wallis, Easton Taylor and Claire Taylor and his nephew, Daniel Fields (Wendy) of Lumberton.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 1:00-1:45PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.

A memorial service will follow on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.
