Richard "Dicky" Glisson Quick's Obituary
Richard "Dicky" Glisson Quick, age 71, died on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. He was born in Hoke County, NC on March 5, 1947 to the late Lina Glisson Quick and the late John Quick. He was the co-owner/operator of Robeson Glass Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Lewis Quick.
Mr. Quick is survived by his wife, Debra Pittman Quick of the home; a son, Wesley Neal Quick (Melissa) of Apex; a daughter, Jocelyn Quick Watrous (Ben) of Cary; a sister, Janice Pendleton of North Myrtle Beach, SC; and four grandchildren: Marley Quick, Macy Quick, Lily Watrous, and Olan Richard Watrous.
The family will receive friends prior to the funeral on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Robert Britt and Rev. Tim Tyner officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to be made to:
