Redell Fipps, age 79, of Lumberton, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018, at Red Springs Assisted Living Facility. She was born on May 18, 1939 in Robeson County to the late Odell Fipps and the late Melese Rhodes Fipps. She worked for many years as a home care provider locally.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by five brothers: Leewood Fipps, Carlton Fipps, Horace Fipps, Faron Fipps, and Nelson Fipps; and a sister, Cletus Bryant.

She is survived by five nieces and six nephews.

To those who knew Aunt Redell, you know she was a private person who just wanted to take care of others. We will love and miss you, Aunt Redell.
