Ms. Rebecca S. Moody, known to most as "Becky", departed to her forever home on Friday, February 21, 2025, while at Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville, NC. Becky was born on August 17, 1961 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the late Phyllis and Thomas Buck Moody, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Buck Moody, Jr.

She has to left to cherish her memory her daughter, Amanda Dawn Moody, and a bonus daughter, Erica Lee Sweat; three beautiful grandchildren: Abigail Grace Hardin, Gabrielle Nicole Hardin, and Thomas Oliver Tweedell; a very special son-in-law whom she adored and loved, Zack Tweedell; a special sister-in-law, Jennifer Watts Moody; a very special niece, Leslie Christina Moody; h er two beloved best friends, Gail West and Mary Denniston; and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.
