Mr. James Randy Parnell, age 61, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Robeson County on March 27, 1959 to the late Julius Parnell and the late Alice Hammonds Parnell.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia "Patty" Bruce Parnell of the home, and a brother, Tim Parnell and wife Gay of Supply, NC.

A private graveside service will be held at Floyd Memory Gardens with Rev. Johnny Bruce and Rev. Mitchell Tyner officiating.
